Currency

Prices are displayed in your country's local currency. Your card or account will be charged in the currency corresponding to your location. If your bank uses a different currency, a small conversion fee may be applied by your bank.

Payment Processing

The charge is made at the time of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@turbonet.mx.

Pre-authorizations and Temporary Holds

In some cases, your bank may show a pre-authorization or temporary hold before the final payment is processed. This hold automatically disappears within 3 to 5 business days. You will not be charged twice.

Refunds
